My Profile
Your Civitas™ profile includes your contact details. This information is used to facilitate communications between you and Civitas. Providing your correct email address is especially important.
You can update your profile via the My Profile tab. Required fields are highlighted in yellow. To save your changes, click the Save button at the lower right of the screen.
You can also change your password from the My Profile tab. To do so, click the Change Password link on the left side of the screen. A new screen will open where you will need to enter your new password twice and then click the Save button. Your password is not case-sensitive, but it must contain at least one letter, one number, and be longer than six characters.
